4 Road. Specifically developed for the
4-stroke engine. The LeoVince Scoot “4 Road” range consists in a range of
complete CE marked systems, specifically for motor scooters of over 50 cc
and 4-stroke engine. The header pipes and the silencer are made of TIG-welded
steel AISI 304. The silencer interior has been designed in the form of head
sections to ensure enhanced performance whilst containing the noise level.
The result: an increase in the torque, which makes for improved verve and
maximum power rating. LeoVince designers have created an aesthetic look
that adapts wonderfully to the line of the motor scooter itself, for a

GP: From evolution to revolution. This
is the strategy taken by LeoVince in the field of special exhausts
homologated for the 2-stroke engine. The protagonist being the Scoot
Hand Made GP system, a product that has been developed thanks to the
MotoGP competition experience acquired and which offers totally novel
solutions in terms of technology and design excellence. The Scoot GP
system being also part of the totally "Hand Made" product range. The
outer bodywork being in line with the conformation of the MotoGP
exhausts of limited length, with a "substantial" section, and large
diameter cut exit. It is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which is a
material particularly resistant to mechanical and thermal strain as
well as to corrosion; adopted for the very first time on a system of
this type. The body consists of a set of segments (from 8 to 9
depending on the model) assembled with highly accurate and visible TIG
welding, giving it a clear sporty styling. The fixture brackets also
being made of this same impeccable AISI 304 stainless steel material.
The appealing aesthetic look of the GP conceals a clearly two-stroke
structural format: for the first 3/4ths of length, the system has
effectively a conic-counterconical format, then for the last part, the
external body conceals a chamber coated by soundproofing material, and
than a silencer. The result is enhanced performance levels-obviously
within the limits laid down by the code, and a civilized sound level,
that is also highly personalized, which completes the winning impact of
this product.

TT: Multi-coloured economy. The LeoVince
Scoot “TT” range is the top range of sporting exhaust systems of the
Scoot range which manages to combine high performance, quality design at
competitive price levels. The CE marked system features an expansion
chamber made of 10/10 mm steel with an “open” double-chamber
structure, combined with a rounded shaped silencer made of stainless
steel and shiny aluminium skinned.
There is also a special separate kit with three different skin colour
options: red, blue and yellow so that the silencer can be personalized to
match the moped colour. The kit also contains a set of springs and
rollers to boost the variator performance according to the particular
features of the exhaust and engine for which it has been developed.

ZX: High performance evolution. The LeoVince
Scoot “ZX” range represents a medium level evolution of the Scoot Racing
range. This craft produced product is suitable for competition use but can
also be used on the road as it is CE marked. The system consists in an
expansion chamber made of special 10/10 mm steel. Featuring an
“open”, double-chamber structure, with interspaces covered in deadening
material. It is varnished to ensure excellent protective potential against
the elements, whilst at the same time leaving all the machining visible.
The rounded silencer is made of stainless steel skinned in carbon and
Kevlar. The ZX is also available with chromed expansion chamber which as
well as making the product more durable also enhances its overall look. The
kit also contains a set of springs and rollers to boost the variator
performance according to the particular features of the exhaust and engine
for which it has been developed |

ZX-R:
The new frontier in high performance.
Silencer: large-size stainless steel body with enlarged exit pipe. Covered
in carbon fibre and attached with an Aluminium clamp. Expansion chamber
body: made of special 10/10 mm steel, featuring an “open” double-chamber
structure covered with deadening material. Its cones (up to a maximum of 9)
are TIG hand-welded. When the construction has been completed, a
transparent varnish is applied that protects the expansion chamber from the
elements, whilst at the same time enhancing its racing design by leaving
all the welding visible. Homologation: the ZX-R expansion chamber is CE
marked, so it can be used on the open road. Additional equipment: The ZX-R
kit also contains a set of springs and rollers to boost the variator
performance according to the particular features of the exhaust and engine
for which it has been developed. |

SP3: The specials’ evergreen: The LeoVince
Scoot “SP3” is the true evergreen of the special LeoVince exhaust range
for CE homologated 50 cc motor scooters. The range has been in production
since 1998 and the secret of its ongoing success is its technical
excellence which has had an important impact on the entire special
exhaust sector, thanks to excellent performance levels combined with
sound levels, which are much the same as those of the original systems.
The expansion chamber is made of 10/10 mm steel; the rear part consists
of the silencer element incorporated with pipes and header sections, the
function of which is aided by the ceramic wool interior lining, which
covers the entire gas passage zone in order to prevent any resonance. The
result is a very “civilized” noise level, but significantly increased
engine performance levels. The SP3 is fitted with a heat protective
casing made of plastic material in a choice of black or grey colour.

Touring: a special dimension for all: The
LeoVince Scoot “Touring” range is one of the most complete ranges for the
motor scooter sector. The expansion chamber is of futuristic design
thanks to the plastic heat protection casing of modern design. The range
is characterized by an excellent blend of high performance and low noise
levels. The expansion chamber if made of 10/10 mm stainless steel
finished with an electrostatic painting treatment, which is resistant to
both high temperatures and adverse weather conditions. The interior of
the expansion structure is of conical shape incorporating the silencer.
With a ceramic fibre inner lining to improve its soundproofing potential.
The result is a level of noise emission, which is even lower than that of
the original system and thereby guarantees CE homologation.

V6: Added verve for the two-stroke engine:
The LeoVince Scoot “V6” range is specifically for 2-stroke 50 cc gear
motors for enduro, cross, supermotard and road bikes. The CE marked system
consists of an expansion chamber made of 10/10 mm stainless steel and which
has a double-chamber “open” structure with inter-space covered in deadening
material. The expansion cones have been manually TIG-welded, and thanks to
the transparent varnish finish give the whole exhaust a truly sporting
look. The titanium- skinned silencer features an oval sump, with no
projections in the “Off-Road replica” version and with spout in the “GP
Replica” version. In terms of performance, it offers a considerable
increase in the power and maximum speed levels of the engine, which ensures
enhanced power delivery and speed levels. |
